1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items like dates) are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
• Customised or personalised items are non-refundable, unless defective.

We recommend using a tracked service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will refund the full amount including standard delivery charges.

5. Exchanges
