Due to the perishable nature of our Medjool dates, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Quality Concerns:
If you believe your dates do not meet our high standards for freshness and quality, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Assessment:
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Resolution:
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed food products unless there is a proven quality issue.
If you simply change your mind, we are unable to offer a refund due to the perishable nature of our products, in line with UK consumer law.
Please retain your order confirmation and packaging until your issue is resolved.
